Fall Hours Are In Effect

As summer winds down and routines shift, it’s time for the Y to transition back to our post-summer operations. We want to highlight a few important changes that will take effect starting September 8th:

• Interactive Zone: Daytime hours will wind down during the week as our young people head back to school
• Sunday Closures: Four locations—Currituck Family YMCA (24-hour access offered), Effingham Street Family YMCA, Northampton County YMCA (24-hour access offered), and YMCA on Granby (24-hour access offered)—will be closed on Sundays. 
• First Tee–Hampton Roads: Beginning September 18th, the hours will be adjusted to 8 am–6:30 pm
• Outdoor Pools: Most of our outdoor pools will close for the season after Labor Day, September 2nd*

Labor Day Hours

• Facility: Open from 9 am to 1 pm
• Drop-In Child Care: Available from 9 am to 12:45 pm
• Outdoor Pools: Open from 12 pm to 6 pm

*Outdoor Pool Season Ends

• Princess Anne Family YMCA and Great Bridge/Hickory Family YMCA outdoor pools are heated and remain open all year for lap swimming
