Lifelong Essentials for Activity & Nutrition (LEAN) is a program that supports you in your journey to becoming more active and eating smarter for healthy weight loss.

  • We'll focus on ways to tip the calorie balance, mindfulness, and positive self-talk.
  • Class is group discussion-based (using Zoom) with a physical activity component during the Zoom meeting
  • This session will include six weekly 60-minute sessions. Jumpstart your physical activity and get real with your food for a lifetime of wellness!

This program is FREE and begins Tuesday, April 28! Registration remains open until May 31, so that you can begin participating when best fits your schedule. After registering, we'll follow up with the Zoom meeting information you'll need to participate.
