Families connect at the Y

The Y is a place for families to regroup, reconnect and strengthen themselves and their relationships. With programs that help build and keep families strong, we are all working together to, in return, build a better us. Play basketball together, train together in the health & wellness center or participate together in a planned family event at the Y—whatever it might be, let the Y be the place you join hearts and hands.

Activities

Family Events

Family events at the Y allow families a time and a place to come together to have a good time, participate in a variety of fun activities, share, communicate and strengthen their relationships, and meet other families. They are usually scheduled for a weekend evening and can be either structured or free-flowing. Activities include mixers, pool games, arts and crafts, family fitness, games, volunteer opportunities and family discussions over refreshments

Social Building Blocks

Social Building Blocks is designed for preschool-aged neurodivergent children, focusing on developing and practicing social skills through purposeful play.

Family & Open Swim

Family and open swim times are the perfect opportunities for children to gain endurance while playing in the pool, and for adults to relax and have fun in the water. What better way to spend time together than splashing around in the water?
