Zumba Gold®

Designed to take the physical needs associated with older adults into consideration and those just starting their journey into a fit and healthy lifestyle, all set to Latin-inspired dance moves and international music. Variations of Zumba® Gold include Zumba® Gold Toning—a great way to condition muscles using light weights, all to the same international rhythms as traditional Zumba®.

This high-intensity Zumba® class incorporates a calorie-burning, strength-training workout using lightweight, maraca-like toning sticks to enhance rhythm and tone the body, including upper body, lower body and core.

This people-inspired fitness program mixes explosive dancing with boot camp toning. Everything about this class can be described as explosive—movements are always big and exaggerated. We dance to our favorite songs on the radio and spice things up by adding boot camp-inspired exercises to make your workout effective and challenging.

Belly Dancing

This workout focuses on your core muscles and balance while having fun. All levels welcome.

A fun combination of cheerleading and basic gymnastics integrated into one class. The basic fundamentals and instruction of cheerleading skills and proper techniques of motions, jumps and building will be taught to participants.

Dance Party

An eclectic mix of dance styles and music to get the heart pumping and the body moving. Easy to follow choreography will create a great cardio workout in addition to core and legs.

Line Dancing

Line dancing is just that— a dance in which a group of people dance in one or more lines, to a choreographed set of steps, all in a sequence. The format is mildly energetic and the steps are easy to learn. This class isn't just for country music lovers either as we set our classes to all genres of music including soul, rock, pop and more.
