We are a participating SilverSneakers® and Renew Active/One Pass provider! 

SilverSneakers and Renew Active/One Pass are health and fitness programs designed for adults 65+ that are included with many Medicare Plans. With your insurance reimbursement membership, you can enjoy membership access to the participating locations listed below. To sign up, stop by any participating location and let our team know that you're signing up for a SilverSneakers or Renew Active/One Pass membership. Please bring your healthcare provider ID card when you come in.

Also, special Active Older Adult exercise classes are available at every Y that honors your benefits! Certified instructors guide participants through exercises that focus on strength, flexibility, mobility, range of motion, balance, agility, and coordination to improve activities of daily living.
