Announcing Changes to School's Out Camp

When school’s out, the Y is here for families by providing full-day camp experiences for children in School’s Out Camp. We are excited to announce some changes to our School's Out Camp program to improve your  experience and to collect required information to provide care for your child. Your child must be on the roster to attend schools out camp.

  • In person at the Y

Before and After-School Program Participants

If your child is enrolled in a before or after-school program that takes place at the Y (not at your child's school), School's Out Camp is included in your child care tuition, but you'll need to register your child for each date they will attend. 

If your child is enrolled in a before or after-school program that takes place at your child's school, fees for Schools Out Camp are due when registering.

Standard Registration Fee and Cancellation Policy

All school-age children are welcome to participate in School's Out Camp! If your child is not enrolled in a before or after-school program that takes place at the Y, fees will be due at time of registration.

Please note our cancellation policy:

  • The registration fee is refundable if you cancel at least 14 days before the camp date.
  • If you cancel less than 14 days before the camp date, the fee is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations must be submitted through the Child Care Change Request form.

Registration Timeline

Registration for School's Out Camp will open on the first day of the prior month. For example, registration for October School's Out Camp dates will open on September 1. All camp dates will be available for browsing beginning August 1, so that you can plan for your child's care.

To ensure a smooth experience, all School's Out Camp participants must complete required forms, including:

  • Proof of Identity
  • Physical & Immunization Records
  • Parent Information & Emergency Contacts
  • Child's Information
  • Medical Information
  • Waivers & Agreements
