YMCA Birthday Parties & Event Rentals

The Y is the perfect venue for your next birthday party, event, meeting or celebration! We offer facility rentals and fun birthday party options starting with a basic party package that you can add on to.

Basic Event Rental: $125/members; $175/nonmembers

  • Two hours for the event, plus 1 hour setup and 1/2 hour teardown in designated event space (like multipurpose room)
  • 20 guests (with the option to add more)
  • Tables, chairs, tablecloths
  • Event attendant
  • YMCA birthday t-shirt (birthday parties for ages 12 and younger)

All YMCA of South Hampton Roads locations are substance and tobacco-free facilities.

Event Add-Ons

 

You can add time, guests, refreshments and more to your event:

 

Additional Guests: $5/person

 

Extra Time: $50/half-hour

 

Decorations: $60
(15 balloons, birthday banner, utensils, cups, plates, and napkins for 20 people)

 

Pizza & Drinks: $60

 

Cake: $60

 

Framed Photo: $50

 

Activity: $100
(Swim, Rock Wall, Play Zone, Gym/Sports, Party Games, Arts & Crafts, STEM Activities)
