  2. Do you struggle with balance?

If you're 55 or older and answered yes, you may qualify for a free personal training program, made possible by generous funding from Sentara Health.

This eight-week program begins with an initial assessment by a certified personal trainer to evaluate your blood pressure and balance. You'll then meet once a week for guided sessions designed to improve cardiovascular strength, flexibility, and stability through targeted exercises.

After eight weeks, you'll complete a final assessment to measure your progress and explore the next steps in your health and wellness journey.
