- Wear appropriate exercise attire and athletic shoes.
- Fitness orientations are strongly encouraged prior to using the equipment.
- Wipe down equipment after use.
- If cardio equipment is in use, remove the card on the front of the machine to reserve your space as the next person in line.
- 30-minute maximum on cardio machines during peak hours.
- Practice fitness courtesy; let others work in with you.
- Use collars for safety when lifting weights.
- Clean off bars and put weights back when finished.
- Water and sports drinks in enclosed containers are welcome.
- No horseplay or undesirable language.
- Ask for help if you need assistance.
- Please be safe and courteous.
- Do not drop weights or bars.
- Please refrain from using cell phones in the Health & Wellness Center.
