As a personal trainer, I am dedicated to seeing my clients meet their goals and change their lives for the better. I view strength training as one of the most important tools to build and maintain strength and to live a healthy lifestyle. In the Y community, I am dedicated to guiding effective exercise and encouraging consistency. Significant improvement in overall health and well-being will come solely from incorporating exercise into your weekly routine.
