Please note the Y's expectations when participating in the training.

  1. Cameras On Policy: We encourage all participants to turn their cameras on during virtual meetings. Seeing each other's faces fosters a stronger sense of community and connection. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where participants are unable to turn their cameras on. Please communicate with me when the circumstances arise.
  2. Mute Microphones When Not Speaking: To minimize background noise and distractions, please remember to mute your microphone when you are not speaking. This helps to maintain clarity during discussions and presentations.
  3. Active Participation: We value everyone's input and encourage active participation in discussions and activities. Please engage with the content being presented and feel free to share your thoughts, questions, and ideas.
  4. Minimize Distractions: Avoid multitasking during meetings and focus your attention on the discussion at hand. This includes refraining from checking emails, browsing the internet, or engaging in unrelated activities
  5. Be Punctual: Please join meetings on time to minimize disruptions and ensure that we can start promptly.
