Over the 10 years I've worked at the Y, I've taught step aerobics, Tabata, HIIT, strength and tone, cycle, abs, 20/20/20, and Active Together.
To me, the Y isn't just about working out. It's about building relationships. I love it when I see members not only connect with the workout but connect with each other. Seeing the members motivate each other to show up and work hard is so rewarding.
