Donate Blood & Save a Life

Join us for blood drives in partnership with the American Red Cross and Blood Connections, and give the gift of life. The YMCA of South Hampton Roads is proud to partner with multiple blood donation organizations, including the American Red Cross and Outer Banks Hospital Blood Connection. Through these partnerships, YMCA members and community members can come to the Y to donate blood, helping prevent a blood shortage and saving lives.
