• Wear appropriate exercise attire and athletic shoes.
  • Fitness orientations are strongly encouraged prior to using the equipment.
  • Wipe down equipment after use.
  • If cardio equipment is in use, remove the card on the front of the machine to reserve your space as the next person in line.
  • 30-minute maximum on cardio machines during peak hours.
  • Practice fitness courtesy; let others work in with you.
  • Use collars for safety when lifting weights.
  • Clean off bars and put weights back when finished.
  • Water and sports drinks in enclosed containers are welcome.
  • No horseplay or undesirable language.
  • Ask for help if you need assistance.
  • Please be safe and courteous.
  • Do not drop weights or bars.
  • Please refrain from using cell phones in the Health & Wellness Center.
