He began lifting weights and attending fitness classes and found support, encouragement and motivation within the Y community. Today, Adam is in the best shape of his life, both physically and mentally. His commitment to consistent exercise and the support he found within the Y community has transformed his body and overall well-being. He considers the Y his second home and feels like he belongs.
