YMCA in Franklin Gets A Spray Park

The James L. Camp, Jr. Family YMCA celebrated a new spray park with a ribbon cutting ceremony on July 28, 2016. Mayor Frank Rabil, COO of the YMCA of South Hampton Roads Tom Flynn, and several YMCA Board Members and city officials came out to view the park and participate in the official opening.
