Tidewater Friends of Foster Care Gift Card Donations

WHO/WHAT: In partnership with Tidewater Friends of Foster Care, the YMCA of South Hampton Roads will collect gift cards for teen foster children.

WHERE: All 21 locations of the YMCA of South Hampton Roads

WHEN: November 20-December 4, 2022

WHY: Tidewater Friends of Foster Care is a charitable organization making a positive impact in the lives of foster children in Hampton Roads. To support their mission, we will collect gift cards to provide essential items for teen foster children. 

HOW: Each YMCA location will have a black box at the Welcome Desk to drop the gift cards. Gift cards of all types are welcome (Visa/Mastercard, clothing/grocery stores, Walmart, Target, Amazon, restaurants, gas cards, bus passes, etc) and any amount is appreciated. A QR code is also available on the box to make online donations.
