Nuestra Salud: Women's health fair presented by the Hispanic Chamber of Coastal Virginia

WHO/WHAT: Second Annual Nuestra Salud/Women's Health Fair

WHERE: Gymnasium at the YMCA on Granby 

WHEN: March 24th from 1:00 pm-6:00 pm

WHY: The Hispanic Chamber of Coastal Virginia seeks to strengthen the Hispanic community through economic, cultural, and social empowerment. This event is designed to provide health and community services to ALL communities from Williamsburg to Chesapeake. This event is free and open to all people, including males. 

Free services provided:

  • WIC (Women, Infants, and Children)
  • Vaccinations
  • Health screenings for diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure, and body mass index (BMI)
  • Vision and hearing screenings
  • Medical consultation with gynecologist
  • PAP smear appointments 
  • Mammograms
  • Financial health services
  • Information for first time home buyers 
  • Information on business grants
  • Legal aid assistance
