Zumba® is a dance fitness program that combines Latin-inspired dance styles with aerobic exercise. Developed by Colombian choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez, Zumba® classes feature a blend of dance moves from salsa, merengue, hip-hop, and more, set to upbeat music. 

MixxedFit®

 

MixxedFit® merges explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning exercises. It's a "people-inspired" program designed to be inclusive and fun, using easy-to-follow, repetitive choreography set to popular music across various genres. The goal is to provide a high-energy, full-body workout that builds stamina, tones muscles, and is accessible to different fitness levels.
